Dan Frysh is the Founder and President of Counterpoint Commercial. A California attorney and licensed real estate broker, Dan brings nearly two decades of experience advising landlords, tenants, and growing businesses on leasing, expansion and site rollout strategies, restructurings, and other commercial real estate matters. His combination of legal, brokerage, and ownership experience enables him to identify and evaluate transactions from multiple perspectives, helping clients source opportunities, navigate complexity, and identify nuances that are often overlooked.
